On September 13, 2023, a jury found Defendant Ryan Zink guilty of three counts arising from his conduct at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021: Obstruction of an Official Proceeding, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c) (Count I); Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(1) (Count II); and Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building or Grounds, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1752(a)(2) (Count III).
